Paul Ahern brings a unique blend of design thinking, systems management, and product strategy to his role as Research and Product Manager at Comhar Partners. With a background that spans communication design, sales consulting, and product operations, Paul thrives at the intersection of creative problem-solving and executive research.

He began his career in graphic design before moving into operations at VMC Group, LLC, leading process improvements, digital integrations, and workflow optimizations that contributed to revenue growth. Paul’s work included managing cross-functional teams and implementing tools like Microsoft 365 and DocuSign to streamline operations.

He graduated in the top 10% of his class at Phillips Exeter Academy and earned a BFA in Communication Design with a minor in Japanese Studies from Parsons School of Design, developing a strong foundation in cross-disciplinary thinking and systems analysis.
